		<description>Great post and I'm really looking forward to reading this book by Dan.  Great point at the end about "Engaging" that is so important in this day and age because people want to have a voice, also it's just good business sense because your actual customers have great input!  They know the things they like and don't like and don't worry about offending you as much because their not face to face delivering their feedback, just tweeting or leaving comments on your blog.</description>
